Description
One touch passing to provide a weighted ball that may be crossed effectively 1st time. Can be built into a multi task framework that allows free play for attackers and defenders.
1) The ball is crossed early. 2) The ball is hit long to get a later ball allowing more attackers to reach the target area. 3) Replicate on left hand side of the pitch and alternate deliveries.
