Football Drill Demonstration

Description

Teams are made up of 3 players.

Each team will look to attack the opposition goal in the opposite corner of the pitch. This will involve good passing and switching of the play.

Coaching points

Use of width and depth, make defenders channel players.

Increase the numbers on each side.

Progression

Limit the number of touches by players.
